Job summary

Job description

Hays Health & Safety are excited to work with an exciting renewable energy installation organisation who specialise in implementing cost-effective energy solutions to residential and commercial properties based in Liverpool.

They are seeking an experienced HSEQ Advisor to support them in gaining their ISO accreditations (9001,14001,45001). The successful candidate will have experience and understanding of what it takes to achieve these.

If you have at least 2+ years' experience with Health & Safety in a construction or utilities environment, supporting on Health & Safety documentation, processes and management systems, this role may be for you!

Your new role

  • Ensure the organisation and workforce are in compliance with Health, Safety and Environmental legislation
  • Conduct regular site inspections and audits for ongoing projects
  • Support the development of HSEQ policies and play a large part in delivering these across the business
  • Maintain up-to-date Health & Safety records
  • Deliver toolbox talks and training to the growing workforce


What you'll need

  • A NEBOSH General Certificate (Minimum)
  • 2+ years experience in a Health & Safety position in Construction, Civils, Utilities or Energy
  • Up-to-date knowledge of legislation
  • IEMA qualification (Desirable)


The successful candidate will be offered £40,000 - £45,000 + a company car, fuel card, phone and tablet.
