Curtiss-Wright Wimborne is seeking an experienced Health, Safety and Environmental Manager to lead ISO 14001/45001 initiatives, audits and continuous improvement across Wimborne and allocated sites.

You will drive a safety-focused culture, manage the HSE team, ensure regulatory compliance and deliver KPI-based reporting to senior leadership. The role requires NEBOSH qualifications and strong regulatory knowledge.

Qualifikationen

• NEBOSH National General Certificate or equivalent qualification or experience.
• NEBOSH Fire Safety & Risk Management or equivalent qualification or experience.
• Proven HSE experience in a highly regulated manufacturing environment (e.g. Nuclear, Aerospace or Medical).
• Proven experience implementing and // continually developing ISO 14001, 45001, 9001 management systems.
• Strong knowledge of Health, Safety & Environmental Legislation and compliance across jurisdictions.
• Strong incident investigation and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent planning, organisation and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• IT literacy and familiarity with HSE software packages.

Aufgaben

• Lead the implementation, operation and maintenance of ISO 14001 & 45001 HSE management systems.
• Embed best practices and maintain ISO certifications across Wimborne and sites.
• Collaborate with manufacturing and support teams to identify hazards and implement solutions.
• Develop and drive an HSE strategy to promote a positive safety culture and continual improvement.
• Lead HSE events, communications and safety initiatives; coordinate audits and reporting.
• Maintain documentation, registers and HSE management software; oversee monthly KPI reports.
