Curtiss-Wright Wimborne seeks a Health, Safety, & Environmental Manager to coordinate HSE across Wimborne and allocated sites. You will implement and run ISO 14001/45001 systems, drive a safety culture, and ensure regulatory compliance.

You will lead the HSE team, engage with stakeholders, and report monthly KPIs to senior leadership. NEBOSH qualifications and ISO experience are essential for driving continuous improvement.

Formación

• NEBOSH National General Certificate or equivalent qualification or experience.
• NEBOSH Fire Safety & Risk Management or equivalent qualification or experience.
• Proven HSE experience in a highly regulated manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience implementing ISO management systems (14001/45001/9001).
• Strong knowledge of Health, Safety & Environmental legislation.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the implementation, operation and ongoing maintenance of the HSE Management Systems (ISO 14001 & 45001).
• Engage with the business to embed best practices and maintain ISO certifications.
• Coordinate HSE activities with manufacturing and support teams to identify hazards and implement solutions.
• Develop and implement an HSE strategy to strengthen safety culture and continuous improvement.
• Lead HSE events, communications and safety initiatives.
• Manage and develop the HSE team to meet objectives and KPIs.
• Prepare monthly HSE reports for senior leadership.
