About the Role:

• Understand the company's Health & Safety and Environmental Policies and Processes.
• Provide health and safety support onsite for a BESS construction project.
• Establish, manage, and maintain relationships with external stakeholders such as local authorities, the Health and Safety Executive, and others as required.
• Provide guidance and independence regarding the assessment of and appointment of subcontractors.
• Site-based role in Stoke-on-Trent.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Experience leading or managing a team is beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Health and Safety Management or a minimum of 4 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
• At least 4 years of safety management experience in large-scale commercial, government, or industrial construction projects.
