HSE (Health, Safety & Environmental Manager)
Scantec Recruitment are working with a leading FMCG Food manufacturing business in Manchester to assist in their search for a Site HSE Manager. This role offers growth and long-term career development where you will have exposure to lots of ongoing HSE projects.
As the HSE Manager, you'll sit on the Senior Leadership Team and will focus on improving and fostering a strong HSE culture, ensuring the highest levels of excellent HSE management by providing expert advice throughout the sites operation. This will be to ensure management of all HSE requirements and to maintain compliance with all current statutory and legislative regulations.
FMCG / Food experience is not essential, but ideally you will have experience from either a Manufacturing, Engineering or Construction background.

Required Skills and Experience:
We’re seeking a confident and assertive candidate who has previous Safety, Health and Environmental experience. Developing a HSE culture. Food manufacturing would be an advantage.
NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent qualification e.g. Level 5 Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety. IEMA Foundation certificate or other recognised Environmental qualification (advantageous)
