AMETEK in Leicester is seeking a Facilities and HSE Manager to lead on all Health, Safety and Environmental matters for the site. You will maintain and improve HSE management systems, drive compliance with standards, and guide the site HSE improvement strategy through projects and activities.

The role also covers site facilities management, planned maintenance, statutory building compliance, contractor liaison and budgeting.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH certificate required (minimum).
• Proven HSE Manager in manufacturing environment.
• Experience managing facilities and regulatory compliance.
• Strong leadership and people management.
• Knowledge of UK HSE legislation and incident investigation.

Responsabilités

• Lead HSE strategy and drive improvement projects on site.
• Coach leadership to strengthen safety culture.
• Maintain ISO 14001 EMS and liaise with external authorities.
• Oversee facilities maintenance and contractor management.
• Manage budget for safety & facilities.
