Chemring Energetics UK (CEUK) is seeking an Advisor to bring health, safety and environmental expertise to our Ardeer site, helping protect people, communities and operations in a highly regulated manufacturing environment.

You will work with operational teams and management to improve standards, identify risks and turn HSEQ practice into lasting change, including audits, investigations and training to support continuous improvement.

Qualifikationen

• Degree or equivalent qualification in occupational health and safety, environmental management or a closely related discipline.
• Experience in HSEQ, SHEQ, EHS, HSSE or QHSE environments.
• Experience in high‑hazard manufacturing or other highly regulated industries.
• Practical risk assessment experience in high‑hazard or regulated settings.

Aufgaben

• Work in full compliance with health, safety and environmental legislation, company policies and procedures.
• Identify and report unsafe acts and conditions through the Near Miss system, enabling proactive learning and improvement.
• Support HSEQ functions and plant management in embedding the Health, Safety, Security & Environment Policy and HSEQ management systems.
• Conduct site inspections, audits and compliance monitoring, and manage actions through to completion.
• Maintain HSSE records and documentation, ensuring they are accurate and up to date.
• Assist with development and delivery of HSSE training and awareness materials.
