Chemring Energetics UK is seeking a Security & Emergency Preparedness Advisor for the Ardeer site. The role focuses on practical control of physical security, fire-management and emergency-preparedness in a regulated, high-hazard environment.

Typical duties include developing emergency plans, coordinating exercises, and ensuring compliance with Explosives Regulations and COMAH guidance. Site-based, permanent role with attractive pension and healthcare benefits.

Formación

• Practical experience in physical security and emergency preparedness.
• Experience in high-hazard environments and regulated industries.
• Experience supervising security officers and emergency-response teams.
• Developing emergency plans, fire plans, risk assessments and incident reports.

Responsabilidades

• Provide specialist advice on physical security, fire management and emergency preparedness.
• Manage the site security operation and contractor interfaces.
• Develop, maintain and test emergency plans and escalation protocols.
• Lead Emergency Response Team and fire-warden training and site drills.
• Ensure compliance with Explosives Regulations and related guidance.
• Coordinate COMAH emergency planning with local authorities and emergency services.
