Job summary

TfL in London is seeking a Bus Network Analyst (HS2 Programme) to coordinate information and assess passenger and journey-time impacts on the bus network. You will work with performance data and stakeholders to understand HS2 effects on customers, services and revenue.

As Buses HS2 Analyst & Coordinator, you will support cost recovery, apply mitigation frameworks, and help deliver improvements across the bus network within a hybrid working arrangement.

Qualifications

  • Proven abilities in data collation and analysis from diverse sources.
  • Numerate and computer literate with quick IT system learning (CitySwift, Hyperion, Adiona).
  • Experience in transport planning and bus service planning is essential.
  • Ability to understand London’s bus network and contracted operators is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Analyse HS2 impacts by assessing journey times and network data.
  • Support service planning and cost recovery by identifying changes and costs.
  • Monitor network performance and implement enhancement measures.
  • Validate new schedules and service arrangements against standards.
  • Coordinate HS2-related costs and infrastructure changes.
  • Build stakeholder relationships with TfL teams and HS2 programme.
