Job summary

Chattyvets in Oxfordshire is seeking a Registered Veterinary Nurse to step into a Head Veterinary Nurse role within a supportive small animal practice. You will lead and mentor the nursing team while remaining hands-on with patient care.

The role covers nurse-led appointments, Schedule 3 procedures, and supporting surgical and medical cases, with focus on high standards of care and an excellent client and pet experience.

Qualifications

• Must be an RCVS Registered Veterinary Nurse.
• Leadership or senior nursing experience preferred.
• Ability to mentor colleagues and lead a team.

A fantastic opportunity is available for an experienced Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) to step into a Head Veterinary Nurse role within a supportive small animal practice in Oxfordshire.

This is a great opportunity for a confident nurse who enjoys clinical leadership, developing colleagues and helping to maintain high standards of patient and client care.

The Role

As Head Veterinary Nurse, you’ll provide clinical leadership to the nursing team while remaining hands-on with patient care. Responsibilities will include:
