Reporting into the senior leadership team, you will take responsibility for delivering the full HR agenda across the organisation. This is a hands-on generalist role, suited to an individual who enjoys partnering closely with operational leaders, managing complex employee relations matters and driving best practice across the employee lifecycle.
Alongside leading all HR activities, you will oversee payroll operations, managing a small but highly effective HR and Payroll team and ensuring the smooth delivery of a fortnightly payroll process.
