Job summary

CPM’s People Services team is recruiting a Project & System Support Executive on a 6‑month fixed‑term contract. The role focuses on coordinating testing, data readiness and documentation for a major HRIS implementation, in a hybrid setup with three office days per week.

You’ll work with People Services, system providers and stakeholders to ensure smooth configuration, testing and process improvements, leveraging your detail‑oriented mindset and strong Excel skills to align systems with business

Qualifications

• Experience with system testing, UAT or defect management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate testing activity with test plans, scripts and timelines.
• Record results and maintain defect/issue logs through resolution.
• Monitor project progress, risks, dependencies and milestones.
• Assist with system configuration, user profiles and permissions.
• Support data validation and integration testing.
• Create and maintain process guides, SOPs and training materials.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and system providers for successful implementation.
• Identify opportunities to simplify and improve People processes.
