Job summary

Christie’s Apprenticeship Programme invites school-leaver candidates for an HRIS Apprenticeship. You will support maintenance of the Workday platform, deliver reliable HR data, and assist across Reward and HR teams. Training and development are provided, with first-line support for Workday queries.

The role is tightly aligned to HR processes such as recruitment and learning, with testing and documentation tasks and opportunities to grow within a historic art business.

Qualifications

• Open only to candidates whose highest education is A-Level (or equivalent) or foundation degree.
• No consideration for undergraduate degree holders.
• Willingness to learn and contribute to HR processes and Workday.

Responsibilities

• Support maintenance and development of the Workday HRIS platform.
• Deliver accurate management information and administration.
• Engage in analytical work across Reward and HR teams.
• Provide first-line support for Workday queries and document features.
