Christie’s Apprenticeship Programme invites school-leaver candidates for an HRIS Apprenticeship. You will support maintenance of the Workday platform, deliver reliable HR data, and assist across Reward and HR teams. Training and development are provided, with first-line support for Workday queries.
The role is tightly aligned to HR processes such as recruitment and learning, with testing and documentation tasks and opportunities to grow within a historic art business.
Please note that Christie's Apprenticeship Programme is a school leaver programme and is only open to Candidates who's highest level of education is A-Level (or equivalent) or foundation Degree. If you have already obtained an undergraduate degree, or are studying towards one, you cannot be considered for this role

As an HRIS Apprentice, you will support the maintenance and development of the HR platform, Workday. Your role ensures the delivery of efficient and accurate management information and administration. You will engage in analytical work and be involved in a variety of areas across the Reward and HR team, in addition to your core HRIS responsibilities.
