Job summary

Arriva Group is seeking an experienced HR Project Manager to join our HR team and drive strategic people initiatives across the business. You will lead a portfolio of HR projects and programmes, working with HR leaders, IT and external partners to deliver improved employee experience and streamlined HR processes.

Strong change management and stakeholder engagement are essential. The role offers hybrid working from multiple UK locations and requires degree-qualified candidates with a track record

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing complex HR projects or programmes.
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall or Hybrid methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience with HR systems or digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, governance and delivery of HR projects and programmes.
• Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, risk registers and reporting frameworks.
• Manage project risks, issues and dependencies to ensure successful outcomes.
• Collaborate with HR, IT and external suppliers on system implementations and upgrades.
• Provide regular updates and project reporting to senior leaders.
