Vital Energi is offering an HR & Training Apprenticeship in Blackburn, Lancashire. You will gain hands-on HR experience while studying towards a Level 3 CIPD qualification, starting with admin and onboarding tasks and expanding to recruitment and training coordination.

• Maintaining employee records, personnel files and HR databases
• Supporting onboarding activities and preparing new starter documentation
• Assisting with recruitment administration and interview scheduling
• Coordinating training activities, course bookings and training records
• Drafting HR correspondence and maintaining accurate records
• Monitoring absence records and updating employee information
• Supporting the administration of mandatory learning and development activities
• Working with confidential information professionally and accurately
