Job summary

Vital Energi in Blackburn is offering an HR & Training Apprentice programme designed to develop your career in people and learning. You'll gain hands-on experience while studying for a Level 3 CIPD HR Apprenticeship and contribute to onboarding, training coordination and HR administration.

From day one you’ll support a busy, friendly team, learn to handle confidential information professionally and build essential administration, organisation and communication skills for a future in HR.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths at grade 4/C or above.
• Interest in HR and people development.
• Willingness to learn CIPD Level 3.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining employee records, personnel files and HR databases.
• Supporting onboarding activities and preparing new starter documentation.
• Assisting with recruitment administration and interview scheduling.
• Coordinating training activities, course bookings and training records.
• Drafting HR correspondence and maintaining accurate records.
• Monitoring absence records and updating employee information.
• Supporting the administration of mandatory learning and development activities.
• Working with confidential information professionally and accurately.
