Vital Energi Apprenticeship Programme in Blackburn offers a Level 3 CIPD HR apprenticeship, combining on-the-job admin duties with college-based learning. You’ll support HR and Training teams through recruitment, onboarding, records management and training coordination, while developing professional skills.

Hours are 37.5 per week with a start in 2026, based at Century House, Blackburn. The programme includes college day release or apprenticeship provider visits as part of the training plan.

• GCSE Maths (Grade 4) or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Update HR database with training records and new starter information.
• Maintain personnel files and filing.
• Assist with recruitment administration (posting job ads, scheduling interviews).
• Prepare interview packs and candidate documentation.
• Support onboarding processes (collecting right-to-work documents, creating induction packs).
• Update employee records and HR databases.
• Assist with training coordination and course bookings.
• Help manage absence records and monitor attendance.
• Draft HR letters (offer letters, probation confirmations, reference requests).
• Booking training courses and responding to training enquiries.
