Team Wheel Limited is seeking an experienced HR Technology & Transformation Analyst to lead maturity assessments, technology reviews and transformation diagnostics for clients. This remote-first, part-time role offers the chance to grow into a full-time position and to work directly with HR Directors and senior stakeholders.

You will assess current HR, payroll and workforce management environments, translate business challenges into actionable recommendations, and help shape client roadmaps.

Formación

• Experience in HR transformation consulting.
• Experience in HR technology consulting.
• HRIS leadership experience.
• Workforce transformation programmes.
• HR operating model design.
• Ability to translate HR challenges into actionable recommendations.
• Experience facilitating client workshops and interviews.

Responsabilidades

• Lead HR maturity assessments with clients.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and interviews with HR leaders.
• Assess current processes, governance and systems.
• Identify risks, inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
• Review HR technology landscapes, adoption and optimisation.
• Support vendor evaluations and demonstrations.
• Develop future-state operating models and roadmaps.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
