  • Support shared protocols between People & OD and Finance to ensure alignment of Position data across systems.
  • Maintain PositiontoPosition reporting structures and support organisational unit changes and restructures.
  • Produce regular data quality reports, investigate anomalies and resolve issues relating to funding/activity codes or incorrect Position selection.
  • Support HESA data requirements through monthly housekeeping and ensuring Position information meets reporting standards.
  • Assist in developing and improving Position management processes, documentation and stakeholder communications.
  • Attend meetings with senior stakeholders to review staff lists, reporting structures and data accuracy.
  • Contribute to the continuous development of the Systems function and promote equality, diversity and inclusion in all aspects of your work.
  • Undertake ad hoc duties commensurate with the role.

This is a handson role for someone who enjoys working with data, systems and people. You'll play a key part in maintaining the integrity of our organisational structure and supporting colleagues across People & OD and Finance.
