Planit-IE Limited is seeking a part-time HR Administrator to support our Principal for People across the full HR remit. The role sits within our Core Team spanning Graphic Design, HR, Health and Safety, compliance and operations, with the position based in Altrincham, Greater Manchester.
You will manage HR admin tasks, recruitment support, and confidential records, with potential to expand hours and scope. A pro-active, organised and professional approach is essential.
Hours: Part-time position, of 22.5 hours per week, with distribution across the week to be agreed (7.5 hours per day maximum, and within the hours of 8am-6.30pm).
We're looking for an organised and pro-active HR Administrator to support our Principal for People, covering the full HR remit. You'll be working as an integral member of our Core Team which spans Graphic Design, HR, Health and Safety, compliance, and operational business requirements; working together to support the wider team.
Planit is a place-based design practice of over 100 Landscape Architects, Urban Designers and Visual Storytellers with five studios across the UK. The position is based in Altrincham, Greater Manchester, our vibrant hometown, for which we've designed public realm improvements over the past decade.
As we continue to grow, this is an excellent opportunity for an organised, professional and personable HR administrator looking to develop their career within HR. This position also has the potential, if desired, to expand in terms of hours of work and scope to include wider administrative duties.
This is a varied role that requires strong attention to detail, excellent organisation and the confidence to work with colleagues across the business to ensure HR processes are followed correctly throughout the employee lifecycle and accurate personal records are maintained. Tasks will include:

£15,600 - £18,000 pro-rated salary (based on 22.5 hours per week)
