Job summary

Mayborn Group is seeking an HR Administration professional to join the HR Operations team. You will work across HR technology, data reporting, and payroll support to help transform processes and reporting.

You will be the primary administrator for HR systems, develop monthly and ad-hoc reports, and collaborate with global teams to ensure data accuracy and timely insights. This role offers the chance to grow within a busy, international HR function.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and/or 1 year HR Operations/Analytics experience.
• Strong reporting and analytical capabilities to turn data into insights.
• Experience supporting multiple HR systems (core HRIS, recruitment, learning or performance management).
• Proficiency with Excel, Power BI or Tableau to visualize data and tell a story.
• Excellent organization and ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Administer HR technology data and processes for accuracy and timely management.
• Develop reports, dashboards, KPIs and insights for leadership to understand people trends.
• Support payroll inputs and cross-country payroll activities as needed.
• Assist with HR budget management and invoice handling.
• Ensure compliance with policies and governance across HR operations.
