HR Systems & Data Insights Manager
We are recruiting for an HR Data & Insights Manager to provide leadership and delivery in the areas of People data insights and HR systems.
You will be responsible for:
- HR Information Systems
- Provide leadership and direction in the continuous improvement and interconnectivity of existing HR systems, ensuring governance in line with legislation including data protection.
- Lead the introduction and enhancement of HR systems, processes, and business architecture to ensure successful configuration, deployment, and performance with minimal disruption.
- Manage development activities using a structured project methodology, delivering on plan.
- Regularly review the HR plan and risk controls, engaging stakeholders as needed.
- People Analytics
- Develop accessible methods for obtaining timely and accurate workforce data, promoting self-service where possible.
- Produce and interpret management/KPI reports, highlighting trends and insights to support proactive people management.
- Define and implement a strategic approach to people analytics, setting metrics/KPIs with business leaders.
- Performance Criteria
- Align the HRIS landscape with HR and business strategies.
- Ensure HR processes and HRIS are aligned.
- Deliver data, MI, and analytics efficiently and on time.
- Collaborate across HR to improve business effectiveness.
- Support business strategy through HR systems, processes, and analytics to enhance employee attraction, engagement, productivity, and retention.
- Provide high-quality customer service.
- Manage key relationships proactively internally and externally.
- Drive the change agenda collaboratively.
- Support diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Candidate Requirements
- Experience at a senior HR level in large, complex organizations, preferably in relevant sectors such as Property, Retail, Consulting, Financial Services, or Professional Services.
- Proven leadership in HRIS development projects, integrating systems to optimize HR processes and decision-making.
- Experience in leading system implementations and upgrades from the internal client side.
- Extensive experience in process improvement, risk management, corporate governance, and stakeholder service.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of producing clear reports and briefs.
- Alignment with organizational values and behaviors.
