The Vacancy
What is the role

Data is at the heart of everything we do at Yours Clothing. Now with sister brands, BadRhino, Long Tall Sally, PixieGirl, M&Co, and Evans, data is in more demand than ever. This role will be part of the data team’s leadership to continue building solid data foundations across departments, ensuring clear and consistent reporting to enable data-led decisions.

What you will do
  1. Lead the migration of data from siloed systems into the data warehouse using Rivery (data pipeline tool) and Snowflake (data warehouse), ensuring a robust data architecture supporting the business’s data strategy.
  2. Lead the team in establishing reliable reporting foundations across e-commerce and third-party marketplaces.
  3. Utilize extensive SQL skills to extract and analyze data, identifying business weaknesses and driving improvements.
  4. Collaborate with the Senior Analytics Merchandising Manager to migrate buying and merchandising reporting into the data warehouse and automate these reports.
  5. Manage the analytics agency during the transition to GA4, ensuring marketing teams have the necessary data to optimize paid channels; analyze this data to identify and resolve issues.
  6. Oversee all tag modifications across websites to ensure accurate data capture.
  7. Create a customer insight reporting suite to support marketing strategies.
What you will bring
  • Advanced SQL query writing skills for data extraction and transformation.
  • Experience working with large, complex datasets to uncover insights.
  • Proficiency with data visualization tools (preferably Tableau) and storytelling principles.
  • Leadership experience in building and managing teams.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leaders.
  • Knowledge of GA4, GTM, Google Ads, and SA360 is advantageous.
  • Strong written English skills for summarizing complex ideas.
  • Experience delivering reports and analysis under tight deadlines in fast-paced environments.
  • Motivation and a desire to excel.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively and independently.
