Job summary

Titan Wealth Group is seeking a permanent HR systems and Automation Lead to own the HR technology stack end to end, driving operational excellence and adoption. You will manage HiBob, Lever, and AI-powered HR tooling while rolling out new modules and improving processes across the organisation.

Hybrid role based in the UK, focused on data integrity, integration, and governance. You will collaborate with HR, IT and vendors to deliver efficient, scalable HR solutions and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Advanced HiBob configuration experience across modules.
• Experience integrating HR systems with business platforms.
• Strong reporting and data analysis skills.
• Understanding of AI tools within HR context.
• Stakeholder management across HR, IT, and vendors.
• Process improvement and automation mindset.
• Understanding of data protection and system access controls.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimise HR systems, including HiBob and Lever, with data integrity and workflows.
• Design self-service and automated HR workflows across the lifecycle.
• Review data structures and maintain data flows to support onboarding to offboarding.
• Drive adoption of HR technology modules and AI-enabled workflows.
• Manage integrations and roadmap with IT and vendors.
• Provide user support, training and documentation.
