Job summary

Royal Household is seeking an HR Systems Analyst to ensure our HR, payroll and recruitment platforms are reliable, secure and user-friendly. You will manage day-to-day system operations, resolve complex queries with suppliers and Digital Services, and lead technical enhancements.

Qualifications

• Experience administering, configuring and supporting HR Systems.
• Strong reporting and analytical skills with data-driven MI.
• Experience delivering system improvements, upgrades or implementations.
• Strong systems and process analysis skills to diagnose issues.
• Experience producing clear system documentation or training.
• A proactive approach to continuous improvement and automation.
• Strong organisational skills and prioritisation.
• Excellent communication across HR, Digital and suppliers.
• Understanding of GDPR, data governance and secure handling.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operation of HR, payroll and recruitment systems.
• Lead super user, resolve complex queries with suppliers and Digital Services.
• Lead technical delivery of enhancements, upgrades and releases.
• Improve processes and user experience, expand self-service, automation.
• Protect data quality, integrity and security with audits and controls.
• Develop reports, dashboards and workforce insights for stakeholders.
• Create guidance and training, maintain system documentation.
• Support system procurement, data preparation and integrations.
