Job description

If you're a dynamic and ambitious HR Systems Analyst looking for a new challenge, or a way to get into to the legal/professional services sector, then this brand new to market role could be perfect for you!

Our client is a rapidly evolving international law firm, headquartered in London but offices around EMEA, APAC, and the US, and as result of their growth and internal moves, they are looking to hire a HRIS Analyst (SuccessFactors) to support their HRIS Manager, on a permanent basis. This role will see you supporting a growing international work force across the globe.

As part of a busy, growing team of HRIS specialists, this is an exceptionally varied and hands-on role where no two days will be the same. Alongside BAU activity, you will have plenty of opportunity to contribute to exciting projects linked to the firm’s ambitious plans for growth and modernisation, working closely with key stakeholders across the business.

What they are looking for is a dynamic self-starter with solid experience (at least 3-4 years) in a HRIS Analyst role using SuccessFactors, ideally with knowledge of the Employee Central, Onboarding, Compensation, Performance, and Succession & Development modules.

Duties will include;

  • Partner closely with the HRIS Manager to support the delivery of current and future projects.
  • Work with non-HR teams across the firm to plan, build, and implement new HRIS integrations.
  • Manage BAU system processes, including imports, bulk updates, configuration changes, and onboarding document updates.
  • Help design, build, and implement new processes and technical changes that improve HR operations.
  • Support regular data cleanses and reconciliations, helping to build a Centre of Excellence for data integrity and transparency.
  • Act as a key point of contact for internal systems, developing subject matter expertise to resolve queries and ensure effective use of HRIS data.
  • Producing reports on Excel

Experience working within a law firm or other professional services is desired, but not essential – they will consider candidates from any sector as long as your SuccessFactors skills match their needs and you are someone who is passionate about the HRIS side of HR.
