Job Description:

HR Systems Administrator

Are you ready to take the next step in your HR Systems career? Chapman Tate is working with a leading manufacturing business based in Uxbridge, seeking a HR Systems Administrator to join their growing HR team.

This is a permanent, onsite role offering up to £40,000 per annum.

In this role, you'll maintain and improve the company's HR and payroll systems, support end-users, troubleshoot issues, manage access, and implement system enhancements, ensuring HR data remains accurate, secure, and actionable.

You will collaborate with HR, IT, and operations teams to improve system usage, reporting, and processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support for HR and payroll systems
  • Manage system access, troubleshooting, and user training
  • Monitor and resolve issues via the ticketing system
  • Create reports and insights using Excel
  • Work with stakeholders to improve systems
  • Support projects and employee data initiatives
  • Assist with employee surveys and data collection
  • Maintain documentation and ensure system compliance

Requirements include supporting HR/payroll systems, data handling, reporting skills, managing system access, troubleshooting, stakeholder communication, proficiency in Excel, project support experience, ability to work under pressure, and experience with systems like JTP HRIS. Manufacturing experience and familiarity with employee survey tools are a plus.
