HR Systems Administrator

Are you ready to take the next step in your HR Systems career? Chapman Tate is working with a leading manufacturing business based in Uxbridge, seeking a HR Systems Administrator to join their HR team.

This is a permanent, onsite role offering up to £40,000 per year.

As the HR Systems Administrator, you will maintain and improve the company’s HR and payroll systems, support end-users, troubleshoot issues, manage access, and implement system enhancements, ensuring data accuracy, security, and usability.

You will collaborate with HR, IT, and operations teams to improve system usage, reporting, and processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support HR and payroll systems for end-users
  • Manage system access, troubleshoot, and train users
  • Monitor and resolve issues via ticketing systems
  • Create reports and analyze data using Excel
  • Work with stakeholders on system improvements
  • Support project activities and data initiatives
  • Assist with employee surveys and data collection
  • Maintain document control and ensure system compliance

Qualifications and skills include supporting HR/payroll systems, data handling, reporting, troubleshooting, stakeholder communication, Excel proficiency, project support, and experience in manufacturing or with HRIS systems like JTP.
