A leading company in the HR sector seeks a dedicated HR Operations professional to manage HR processes and support the HR team. This role involves executing HR service delivery, maintaining data integrity, and improving operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a foundational knowledge of HR practices, contributing to organizational goals through effective collaboration.
In this role, you will be responsible for executing multiple HR processes and supporting the HR team across all HR service categories, including onboarding, offboarding, Workday data maintenance, reporting, metrics, and more. You will develop an in-depth, end-to-end knowledge of company HR operations systems and processes. The role emphasizes data integrity and analysis to support key HR decisions, while providing coverage and support as needed. You will identify and resolve operational issues and support process improvements. The goal is to promote “Best in Class” service by developing effective relationships and working cross-functionally with internal teams and suppliers.
