Job summary

Cembre Ltd, part of the Cembre Group, is seeking an HR Specialist on a fixed-term contract of up to 15 months to support our growth and transformation agenda across the UK and Ireland.

The successful candidate will lead job evaluation and organisational design, manage complex Employee Relations cases, drive recruitment projects and coach managers with pragmatic HR advice, ensuring an inclusive, performance-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Proven generalist HR experience within a fast-paced business environment.
• Strong experience in job evaluation.
• Confident managing complex ER cases independently.
• Experience supporting organisational change and engagement programmes.
• Strong recruitment and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Driving job evaluation and organisational design activity
• Leading complex Employee Relations cases from start to finish
• Supporting business change, restructures and culture initiatives
• Managing recruitment and talent acquisition projects
• Coaching managers and providing pragmatic HR advice
