Premier Technical Recruitment Ltd's Coleshill based client, established for almost 40 years, designs and manufactures electrical solutions for global distribution, seeks an experienced HR Specialist to provide maternity cover on a fixed-term contract until March 2028 and to join a professional HR team in the UK.

Reporting to the HR & Business Change Manager, you will deliver a commercially focused HR service, handle employee relations, change initiatives, job evaluation, and cross-border HR

Qualifications

• Significant experience managing complex employee relations matters independently, influencing stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and best practice in HR.
• Experience in change management and organisational development within industrial environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead employee relations matters across UK and Ireland, including investigations, case management and advised outcomes.
• Support organisational change initiatives, restructures, and workforce planning with stakeholders.
• Develop and deliver job evaluation, organisation design and cross-border HR practices.
• Provide guidance on policy development, employment law and HR projects to managers.
