Mileway seeks an HR Specialist to streamline HR operations across Europe. Located in London, the role involves managing the employee lifecycle and payroll while supporting local and international HR initiatives. Thepurposeof your job is that with an eye fordetail,accuracyandefficiency, together with your HR Specialists colleague s ,you take care of streamlining, organizing , controlling and executingall HR administration for our European offices (the Netherlands, United Kingdom, Luxembourg, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Sweden, Denmark, Finland and growing).
Youwill report to Manager HR Operations and work closely with theHRBusiness Partners ,all employees and suppliers.The HR team consist s of 4 HR Business Partners, 3 Recruiters, 5 HR Specialists , , one of which is this vacancy, HR Process & Data Specialist , DEI Specialist, L&D Manager, C&B Manager and the Head of People .
