AWD online is seeking an experienced HR Manager / HR Shared Services Manager for an on-site role in Plymouth, Devon. You will lead a busy HR shared services function, handle employee relations, HRIS, and people reporting, and use data to drive practical improvements.

The role requires robust generalist HR knowledge gained in manufacturing, with strong analytics, policy, and stakeholder-management capabilities. This position is full-time, permanent, and based on-site in Plymouth.

Formación

• CIPD Level 3 Foundation Qualification or equivalent.
• Experience in a similar HR or People role in a manufacturing environment.
• General HR knowledge gained in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience using HRIS to maximise value.
• Experience supporting HR projects.
• Excellent data analytics skills and the ability to produce useful management information.
• Strong written communication, numeracy, planning, organising and prioritising skills.
• High attention to detail and proactive stakeholder relationship building.
• Flexible, proactive, collaborative approach.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the HR Shared Services team and ensure efficient HR administration and support.
• Manage employee relations and casework in line with policy and legislation.
• Oversee absence management and liaise with providers for occupational health services.
• Support managers and employees in using the HRIS and self-service tools.
• Produce and analyse people data, dashboards, KPIs and ad hoc insights.
• Drive continuous improvement, automation and data governance.
• Maintain the People, Talent & Culture calendar, policies and templates.
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement and support HR projects and initiatives.
