Job summary

Housing Executive is seeking an experienced HR Resourcing Advisor to join the HR team in Belfast. You will deliver resourcing activities, support recruitment processes, maintain employee records, and ensure policy compliance.

The ideal candidate will be CIPD-qualified with strong organisational skills and experience in HR/recruiting functions. This is a temporary Band 5 role with weekly pay and opportunities within the public sector.

Qualifications

• Five GCSEs including English and Maths.
• CIPD Level 5 qualification at Associate level with CIPD status.
• Experience in HR, recruitment or resourcing functions.
• Experience updating records in electronic systems and databases.
• Experience preparing reports and management information.
• Proficient with Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Strong organisational, administrative and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a customer focus.
• Ability to work as part of a busy HR team.

Responsibilities

• Support the Senior HR Advisor in delivering employee resourcing activities.
• Provide admin support through the recruitment process and documentation.
• Coordinate recruitment activities and maintain accurate records.
• Liaise with managers, employees, candidates and stakeholders.
• Contribute to improvements of recruitment processes and HR service.
