H&M Group in Milton Keynes is seeking a DC HR Specialist People Relations to promote a fair and inclusive workplace across the Distribution Centre. You will manage employee relations, support engagement, and ensure compliance with policies and company values.

You will work with managers and HR colleagues to provide guidance on employee relations, employment law, and people-related matters, while collaborating with local and regional HR teams to deliver consistent HR initiatives.

Qualificações

• Expert knowledge of local labour law and regulations and how to implement them in the workplace.
• Deep knowledge of local logistics employee relations.
• Expert in conflict resolution, disciplinary concepts and workplace investigations.
• Understanding of employee contracts, salary bands, compensation and benefits.

Responsabilidades

• Promote fair, respectful and inclusive workplace across Distribution Centre, managing employee relations and ensuring policy compliance.
• Provide expert guidance on ER, HR policies, employment law and people-related matters to managers.
• Foster inclusive culture and positive employee engagement and leadership behaviours.
• Manage employee relations matters including grievances, disciplinary processes and investigations with compliant outcomes.
