Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in an HR administration or co-ordination role.
• CIPD Level 3 qualification preferred, or currently working towards it.
• Excellent organisational skills with ability to manage high-volume workload without errors.
• Strong written communication and professional correspondence.

Aufgaben

• Recruitment co-ordination: write and place adverts, source CVs, shortlist applicants, conduct telephone screenings, arrange interviews, manage candidate correspondence and offers.
• HR co-ordination: support HR policies rollout, coordinate training, track absence and flag trends, assist at absence reviews and disciplinary meetings.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and assist with pre-employment vetting.
