Hayley Group in Halesowen is offering an HR & Recruitment Apprentice role within the Group HR Team. You will gain experience across HR Generalist and Talent Acquisition, handling onboarding, contract issuance and Right to Work checks while supporting apprenticeship projects.

Given no prior experience is required, the role focuses on curiosity, enthusiasm and developing new HR skills, with 18-month duration and study during working hours.

Qualifications

• Strong IT skills with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and confidence using Office applications.
• Curiosity, enthusiasm and a commitment to developing new HR skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsabilités

• Assist HR operations across the employee lifecycle, including data entry and records.
• Support onboarding activities, Right to Work checks and sending employment contracts.
• Participate in talent acquisition tasks from job adverts to candidate onboarding.
• Contribute to process improvement and apprenticeship team activities.
