Job summary

Hayley Group Limited in Halesowen is offering an HR & Recruitment Apprentice role within our Group HR team to begin a career in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition while studying a recognised Level 3 Apprenticeship.

You will gain hands-on experience across HR operations and recruitment including updating HR systems, onboarding, and candidate sourcing, with opportunities to contribute to process improvements and apprenticeship ambassador activity.

Qualifications

• GCSEs including English and Maths.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good IT skills and confidence using Microsoft Office.
• Genuine interest in Human Resources, Recruitment and People Services.
• Willingness to learn across HR Operations and Talent Acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Support HR Generalist and Talent Acquisition learning tracks.
• Assist with updating HR systems for starters and leavers.
• Support onboarding activities including Right to Work checks and contracts.
• Contribute to job adverts, candidate sourcing and assessments.
• Engage in process improvement projects within apprenticeship team.
