Job summary

CB Consulting seeks an experienced Project Manager to support the delivery of an HR and IT transformation programme in the City of London. You will plan, coordinate and manage project activities to ensure milestones are met and stakeholders remain aligned throughout the transformation lifecycle.

Responsibilities include planning, RAID management, cross-functional coordination and regular updates to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience managing HR, IT or business transformation projects.
• Strong planning, governance, risk and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and dependencies.
• Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving abilities.
• Track record of delivering projects within timelines and objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and delivery of HR and IT transformation projects within scope, timelines and budgets.
• Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, RAID logs and status reports.
• Coordinate business, HR, IT and third-party stakeholders to drive delivery.
• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies and change requests.
• Facilitate project meetings, workshops and governance forums.
• Monitor progress, manage resources and escalate when needed.
• Work with Business Analysts and Change professionals to align requirements and activities.
• Support business readiness, implementation planning and transition into BAU.
