Join to apply for the HR Projectmanager role at BauWatch Belgium.

Overview

You will play an important role in building excellent HR services. Working closely with the Group HR team and other departments you drive initiatives and projects for selecting, developing, improving and implementing HR tools &platforms that support our operational processes. Next to that you will have a strong focus on the data side and built the foundation for required management info & the HR Dasboards.

Responsibilities

• Project management of different projects on topics such as organizational management, compensation and benefits, onboarding processes & programs, and job structure.
• The (technical) implementation of HR systems & platforms such as Personio, LMS, Recruitee, Study Tube.
• Deliver HR support to the country organizations during the implementation phase.
• Optional: support Culture, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion initiatives.
• Act as part of the Group HR team, based in the Netherlands (Apeldoorn) or the UK (Northampton).

Qualifications

• Bachelor level education, preferably in HRM.
• Excellent writing and communication skills, at least in English. Other languages are a plus.
• At least 3 years of work experience with a proven track record managing projects related to building HR services and/or the technical implementation of HR tools/platforms. Experience with Personio is a big plus.
• Being data‑driven, with experience identifying data sources & collections, building dashboards & reporting.
• A strong organizer able to project‑manage activities and contributors.
• Willingness to travel between all offices in Europe frequently.
• Result‑driven and detail oriented.
