Job summary

Watches of Switzerland Group in Leicester is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our People Team. You will support managers and leaders in decisions that strengthen engagement, culture and inclusion, driving business performance.

You will provide coaching on a wide range of people matters, using data to identify trends and recommend practical solutions that enhance the employee experience and team effectiveness across the UK operations.

Qualifications

• Experience of HR in supporting managers with Employee Relations cases.
• Experience with disciplinary, grievance, absence, flexible working and occupational health referrals.
• Experience using data to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations.
• Proficient in MS Office; comfortable using AI tools in the workplace.
• Ability to present data and share insights with impact to drive action.
• Able to facilitate discussions with managers to build capability in using tools.
• Passion for culture, capability and engagement with excellent client service.

Job Description

We are looking for HR Manager to join our People Team. You will support mangers and leaders in making decisions and taking action which strengthen employee engagement, organisational culture and inclusion and drive business performance.

You will provide expert coaching and guidance on a wide range of people matters, helping leaders make informed decisions that create and sustain high-performing teams aligned to our values. Using people data and insights, you will identify trends, recommend practical solutions and support the delivery of local people initiatives that enhance team effectiveness and employee experience.

About You

• Previous experience of working within a HR Function supporting managers with Employee Relations cases including disciplinary, grievance, absence, flexible working and occupational health referrals
• Experience of conduct and capability processes up to and including final written warning
• Previous experience of working with data to identify trends and propose actionable recommendations
• Comfortable using MS office tools including Co-Pilot and AI agents in the workplace
• Able to build presentations and reports to share data and insights with impact which generates action
• Confident in facilitating discussions with small groups of managers to help build capability in adopting and using tools
• Passion for understanding culture, capability and engagement and providing excellent client service to support managers in shaping the colleague experience
