Job summary

Woolpert is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join its London Mission Critical team on a permanent basis. You will provide strategic and operational HR support, acting as a trusted advisor to leadership teams and shaping our people strategy while overseeing the employee lifecycle and workforce planning.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in an HR Business Partner or equivalent level HR role.
  • Strong employee relations experience with ability to handle sensitive matters.
  • Knowledge of HR best practices, employment legislation and compliance requirements.
  • Relevant industry experience including Architecture.
  • CIPD qualification (or equivalent).
  • Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience leading HR projects and supporting change initiatives.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build trusted relationships.
  • Strong understanding of Inclusion & Diversity importance, with ability to embed inclusive practices.

  • Partner with managers on reward, compensation, compliance, HR reporting, and business continuity planning.
  • Oversee compensation and benefits to ensure competitiveness and alignment with market and business strategy.
  • Analyze HR metrics to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Lead HR projects, including change initiatives and development programmes.
  • Drive continuous improvement across HR processes, systems while staying updated and ensuring compliance on employment legislation and HR best practices.

About the Role
