Job summary

Watches of Switzerland Group PLC invites an HR Manager to join our People Team in the UK. You will support managers and leaders in decisions that strengthen employee engagement, culture and inclusion, driving business performance.

You will coach on a wide range of people matters, use data to identify trends, and deliver local initiatives that enhance team effectiveness and the employee experience. You will engage with leaders to build capability, present insights, and foster a high-performing

Qualifications

• Previous experience of working within a HR Function supporting managers with Employee Relations cases including disciplinary, grievance, absence, flexible working and occupational health referrals
• Experience of conduct and capability processes up to and including final written warning
• Previous experience of working with data to identify trends and propose actionable recommendations
• Comfortable using MS office tools including Co-Pilot and AI agents in the workplace
• Able to build presentations and reports to share data and insights with impact which generates action
• Confident in facilitating discussions with small groups of managers to help build capability in adopting and using tools
• Passion for understanding culture, capability and engagement and providing excellent client service to support managers in shaping the colleague experience
