Job summary

CMS Law is seeking an HR Advisor - Business Services Projects to support people initiatives and HR projects across Business Services, delivering practical, commercially focused advice throughout the employee lifecycle.

Working with managers and HR colleagues, you will coordinate activity, track progress and provide updates for governance. The role blends project delivery with responsive HR advisory work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Broad generalist HR knowledge and employee relations experience.
• Experience supporting HR projects, change initiatives or process improvement.
• Business partnering with coaching and stakeholder management.
• Commercial, pragmatic approach with analytical capability and attention to detail.
• Experience using people data to inform decisions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and coordinate HR projects across Business Services.
• Coordinate activity, track milestones and maintain action plans.
• Provide proactive, high‑quality HR advisory across the employee lifecycle.
• Coach managers on talent management, engagement and performance.
• Support cyclical HR activities including performance reviews and reward cycle.
• Build trusted relationships with Business Services stakeholders to provide practical HR advice.
