Russell Tobin is seeking an experienced HR People Advisor / HR Project Advisor to join a UK-based HR team on a confidential, large-scale project. Hybrid role with 2 days in Maidenhead office and 3 days remote, initially rolling weekly contract.

The candidate will bridge People Partner and People Advisor duties, handling employee relations, letters, and guidance for managers. Immediate start available for a mid-level HR professional with strong confidentiality and administrative skills.

Qualifications

• Mid-level HR professional with operational HR support and advisory responsibilities.
• Experience handling employee relations and confidential information.
• Strong administrative skills and high attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on HR support for a confidential internal project.
• Support People Partners and Advisors with day-to-day HR activities.
• Prepare and facilitate employee relations letters and HR correspondence.
• Guide managers through discussions, documentation and talking points.
• Engage in sensitive employee conversations and provide HR guidance.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR trackers.
