Working closely with an established HR team, you will provide additional capacity to ensure the project is delivered effectively while maintaining high standards of employee support and confidentiality.

  • Confidently engage in employee-facing conversations, particularly around employee relations matters.
  • Provide practical HR advice and guidance to managers and employees.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, HR trackers and documentation.
  • Handle sensitive employee information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Manage competing priorities and deliver work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Requirements
  • Previous experience as an HR Advisor, People Advisor, HR Generalist or similar.
  • Mid-level HR experience, ideally combining operational HR support and advisory responsibilities.
  • Strong understanding of employee relations processes and employee-facing HR matters.
  • Confidence handling sensitive conversations with employees and supporting managers through formal discussions.
  • Experience preparing employee letters, HR documentation and supporting materials for employee meetings.
  • Strong administrative skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to work independently, think proactively and manage priorities.
  • Professional approach to handling highly confidential employee information.
Working Arrangement
  • Full-time assignment.
  • Hybrid working: 2 days per week in the Maidenhead office and 3 days remotely.
