We're looking for a HR Process & Systems Support to join our team and play a key role in improving how we use systems, data and reporting across the business. This is a varied role for someone who enjoys working with business systems, data analysis and reporting. You'll be responsible for helping ensure our systems and data are accurate, reliable and fit for purpose, while turning complex information into clear, meaningful insights through Power BI. You'll work closely with teams within HR and across the organisation to understand their requirements, identify opportunities to improve processes and reporting, and develop solutions that help people make better, data-driven decisions.
