Job summary

HC-One is seeking an HR Advisor to provide high-quality HR support and guidance on employee relations to line managers, ensuring timely resolution and policy adherence.

The role covers ER case management, training managers on HR procedures, and supporting strategic HR projects across the employee lifecycle, with travel to care homes in the West Midlands. CIPD-qualified candidates with GDPR knowledge are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• CIPD Level 3 qualification or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years' experience managing high-volume ER cases.
• Sound knowledge of GDPR.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyse management information to drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality HR advice and guidance to facilitate early resolution of ER issues.
• Manage ER cases to closure and coach line managers through investigations and hearings.
• Escalate complex cases to Senior HR Advisor/HR Manager for continuity of support.
• Ensure timely advice within SLA and appropriate escalation when needed.
• Identify themes and trends from case work and reports to management.
• Deliver HR policy and procedure training to line managers.
• Support strategic HR projects across the employee lifecycle.
• Share HR knowledge within the team to promote consistency.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure proper documentation storage.
