Job summary

The Hobson Cambridge by Adina is seeking a People & Capability Specialist to be the central point of contact for HR, payroll and administration across our UK hotel locations. You will support recruitment, onboarding and learning initiatives while bringing structure to complex processes.

• Commercial vocational training, ideally in HR or Hospitality.
• At least 1 year of experience in HR administration.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for HR, payroll, and administrative matters
• Prepare and maintain employment contracts and HR documentation
• Manage HR data, reporting, and quality assurance, including audits
• Liaise with authorities, health insurance providers, and external stakeholders
• Support recruitment and onboarding processes
• Contribute to learning, engagement, and broader HR initiatives
• Participate in projects and help improve HR processes
